Fayose’s victory, bad signal for APC, says PDP

Ayo Fayose
The Peoples Democratic Party has gasconaded that with the fall of Ekiti State from the prehension of the All Progressives Congress, the whole of the South-West will soon be under its control.

The National Auditor of the party, Alhaji Adewole Adeyanju, who verbalized with journalists in Abuja on Monday on behalf of the party, verbalized that with the election of the candidate of the party, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, as the governor -elect in the state, the game was up for the APC in the South-West in particular and other components of the country in general.

Adeyanju verbally expressed, “With the Ekiti State governorship election result acquired victory by the PDP, the people have verbalized through the ballot box and it is a red signal to the APC that the game is up for them.

“The race to 2015 has just commenced with our victory in Ekiti. The victory train is now peregrinating to Osun State, and come August 9 when the governorship election will hold in the state, our victory is certain because our people have repudiated the APC consummately.

“We are on the field campaigning for our party, the people of the South-West have tasted both the APC and the PDP and by now they ken which party is more preponderant.

“PDP is a tested, reliable and trusted political party. You can optically discern the authentic transformation and developments going on at the PDP-controlled states and at the federal level.

“We want our people in the South-West too to be partaker in reaping the dividends of democracy in the county. PDP is the only one that is not being controlled or centred on any individual or group as being done in the APC.”

He commended the people of Ekiiti State for voting massively for the PDP in the election and assured the people there that the situation in the state would soon turned around as soon as Fayose surmised office.

He verbally expressed, “We are jubilant that Ekiti people ken their governor-elect as an action man. He will never let them down. All he requires is their total support, which I ken they will give him.”

Adeyanju, who commended the Independent National Electoral Commission and the security agencies for the smooth conduct of the Ekiti State governorship election, verbally expressed the election could be adjudged the best election ever conducted in the country as all the contestants accepted its outcome without any protest.
