The Ijaw National Congress, INC, on Sunday hinted that for the Nigerian Army to successfully put an end to the menace of Boko Haram in the country, its needs to first and foremost flush out the officers aiding the sect members.

The organization’s spokesperson, Victor Borubo, who made this kenned in an interview pointed out that it would be arduous to fight Boko Haram to a standstill without a focus and a high caliber of patriotism among the Nigerian soldiers.
The spokesman alleged that Nigerian soldiers would have long rescued the abducted Chibok girls if it had dispensed the deplorable eggs currently in the army, and condemned the fact that the girls have been missing for over two months now.
“For Nigeria to prosper in the fight against terrorism, the military must purge itself of deplorable eggs, fifth columnists and Boko Haram collaborators. The war against terrorism cannot be won without a high caliber of patriotism among soldiers,” Borubo verbally expressed.
The INC spokesman while verbalizing on the complaint of poor funding by the military advised them to make do with the resources at its disposal and noted that other sectors in the country were withal facing the same challenges.
“It is compulsory to verbalize that the military should manage the resources at its disposal. The Nigerian military has shown that it is among the best in the world,” he verbalized.
Borubo urged the Federal Regime to cut down on its expenses and cede some of the mazuma to the military to enable it curb insurgency, stressing that regime should not to surrender to any pressure to swap the detained sect members for the liberation of the abducted Chibok schoolgirls.
The organisation spokesman, who described the Islamist as murderers, argued that acceding to swap their brethren for the girls would show lamentable precedence for the country, noting that in lieu of swapping, Regime should explore other designates of ascertaining their rescue.
“They (Federal Regime) cannot swap malefactors and murderers with innocent schoolgirls. Those girls have not committed any malefaction and were only purloined by Boko Haram from their school. Swapping Boko Haram with those girls betokens setting a lamentable precedence. It denotes members of the sect will arouse another day, abducted schoolchildren and ask for the relinquishment of their detained members. Regime should find other ways of rescuing the abducted girls.
