West seemed to be in a good mood Friday night at the annual festival just three weeks after his espousement to Kardashian in Florence, Italy. The 37-year-old rapper made no mention of his incipient wife, but Kardashian was on hand for the exhibition. She visually examined from the soundboard, about 50 yards from her husband on the main stage, in stylish — but muddy Bonnaroo-inimical — high heels and white pants. She sang along and infrequently waved her hands in the air with the crowd.

The exhibition comes six years after West famously commenced his first Bonnaroo appearance at 4:30 a.m. following technical delays with his set. West mentioned that appearance, again skewering Pearl Jam for delaying his commencement and the media he verbalizes inaccurately portrayed the reasons for his tardy start.

At one point, West ceased his set and perpetually shouted: "Where the press at? Where the press at?"

There were many heralds on hand to catch the performance, marking what time he'd emerge. West appeared 10 minutes after his listed start time and played a commix of hits and cuts from his 2013 album "Yeezus," which offered the most visually apprehending moments of the night. He wrapped his set with the puissant "Blood on the Leaves" after about 90 minutes, 20 minutes afore his scheduled finish.

The exhibition, played under a full moon, included elements from West's recent arena tour, including one of the masks he wore. But he ditched the snow-capped mountain and white Jesus in favor of a 30-foot-tall LED screen. West performed mostly in silhouette, relying on the immensely colossal screen to relay his distorted image to much of the crowd. Though most sang along with West, many fans could not optically discern the artist perform.

Many of the elements in the exhibition will be familiar to fans who've optically discerned him recently. He gave a pep verbalize at one point, inspiriting ingenious people to pursue their dreams. And he compared himself to John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison, calling himself the most astronomically immense rock star in the world.

And he returned to a favorite verbalization about how he no longer needs hit musical compositions or radio airplay because he's not competing with other living artists. He's looking to install himself as a timeless cultural icon.

"I ain't going after nobody on the radio," West verbalized. "I'm going after Shakespeare. I'm going after Walt Disney. I'm going after Howard Hughes. I'm going after Genghis Khan. I'm going after Henry Ford ...k\
