WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan surprised burglars at his Phoenix home on Monday and assailed one, detaining him until ascendant entities could arrive. The other burglar got away. According to Phoenix affiliate ABC 15, Daniel Bryan, authentic name Bryan Danielson, arrived home Monday night with his wife, WWE Diva Brie Bella, and found the would-be burglars in their home. The burglars immediately ran out of the front door and Bryan tackled one, coercing him to the ground, and held him there until the police arrived.
The alleged burglar, 22-year-old Cesar Sosa, has been apprehended and charged with burglary. According to TMZ, the suspect is already facing charges for abducting in another case. The second suspect has not been located.
All items that were being burglarized have been recuperated, according to the TMZ story.
Daniel Bryan is a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and is currently “off TV”–an industry term–recovering from neck surgery. It was revealed at last month’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view that Bryan may need supplemental surgeries that may, according to a story on The Inquisitr, keep him from wrestling professionally for at least a year.
